I JUST SIGNED UP.........NOW WHAT?
Listed below is a few frequently asked questions that usually crop up during the first few weeks of classes. If you don’t find what you are looking for please feel free to e-mail your question and we will get back to you ASAP.
Q. When do classes start?
A. OUR SESSION BEGINS ON THURSDAY 10TH OCTOBER
Q. What is the BAND App and how can I get it?
A. we will be communicating with you through the Band app, Download it at the App store for Apple or Andriod
Q. What should I wear for classes?
A. There is a full dress code in our policies and procedures (with the registration form) which is available to download under the downloads tab. I hard copy is also available at the front desk.
Q. Where can I get the correct shoes for class?
A. We can order all required shoes for your classes at the front desk. We encourage you to get your shoes through us so they are all the same and look uniform for recital. (except for pointe shoes, we do not stock pointe shoes)
Q. When is the Recital?
A. The theatre ahs been booked for Sunday May 24th
Q. What is the costume deposit and when is it due?
A. There is a $40 costume deposit due for each performance class by November 1st. In order for us to get the recital costumes in time for recital, we order them at the beginning of December. If you are not going to be participating in the recital you will need to make this known to a member of staff before costumes are ordered so you do not get charged.
Q. When is the remaining balance for the costume due?
A. Not all costumes are the same price so once all the costumes are received the remaining balance will be added to your account. This balance must be paid before costumes can be taken home.
